Welcome to the first ever Get Inky! Stamps Blog Hop! Our theme for this hop is REPEAT, in celebration of National Repeat Day, which is this Monday, June 3rd! It is a day to repeat anything...such as eating the same thing for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner! Or, for repeating things you've said...are you ready for some blog candy blog candy blog candy? Yes? Well...great, we have some! Among the prizes, one lucky person will be winning a 3 set sample of our BRAND NEW, NOT YET RELEASED STAMPS!!! How fun is that!?!

So this is my project,I have used the Happy Birthday from the Joyful Jar Drinks stamp set
which you can get here. The little flower it from the Sow sweet Stamp set also from the shop too.
So the card I have stamp the image in a REPEAT pattern using a distress ink, Then gone over the top with the ink again to give it a strong look & to cover the whole piece. stamped the sentiment & more flowers out. Layered the sentiment on to orange & black card so it pop out & added the flowers around the edge which I have also faux stitch them & around the edge of the card. Layered on this on to black card stock & then on to white to finish. And added some orange twine to finish.
And of course we have blog candy! To be eligible to win, you must:

ReplyDeleteI like how u stitched everything:the flowers, around the sentiment and around the edge of the card! Repeat, repeat, repeat! :) That is a pretty neat font for Happy Birthday too! Funny... I was thinking about popcorn when I looked at this! That little stamp is going to be doing some double duty I believe!
