Challenge at Craftymess is "Choose a Country"

  So for this challenge Choose a County, I went for the dutch girl which you can found on the sassy site address at the bottom.

 

I have design my own background so it looks like she is in a field of  TULIPS!

 

Or so have have put happy birthday in DUTCH ( I hope).

Coloured her with my promarkers & faux stitching around the edges.

 

A simple card for a pre-teen or a teenager maybe.

Challenge at Crafter's Cafe Blog

Welcome to challenge 10-Thank you. So just create something to say thank you. This could also be a Thanksgiving card. There are no limits, you can use any images from any company and create any kind of project you like as long as it fits our theme.

Sot this is my first challenge with the Crafter's Cafe & I have gone for the lovely poppies which you can get from the store at thestampingboutique.

So using a dark green background that added the image on top. I have coloured the poppies with promarkers & added the sentiment to finish.

Challenge 'Thanks / Thanksgiving'

So this time the challenge is Thanks or Thanksgiving!

 

So i went down the thanks root,

 

 

I have using the ROSES which you can get from fairy dust crafts. Love this image you can use it for many different occasions. Using promarkers coloured in the flowers & bow. Layered on to bright pink , then a very pale pink card. to finish off  I have added dots  & faux stitching around the edges.

So I have gone for the lovely leaf-collage. Printed it out twice one of white card the other on gold,then just cut out the leaves & decoupage them up. Added gold pen on the checker board & clock. Then using distress ink around the edges to give it a vintage feel. layered on to gold card to finish.

November Challenge- Gifts SWEETPEA STAMPERS

 

There is a new challenge over at sweetpeastampers which is GIFTS!!

 

Remember , you don't have to use a Sweet Pea Stamp BUT IT COOL IF YOU DO!!

 

 

 

 

 

So I have gone for a Wine Box a bit different but most person give or receive wine at Christmas. So make the with a hole at the top for the neck very simple to make. Using a Sweetpea stamp coloured her in with promarkers & added crystal glitter to her wings/ Then layered on to pink mirror. Added my paper roses & swirls to finish. Just a different way of give wine instead of a plastic bag!!!

Challenge 19 Christmas Red & White at Platypus

The theme is Christmas Red & White. Create a Christmas project using red and white. We would like to see only red & white and shades of but you may use little of another colour if you need to.

 

 

I'm also releasing a new design today as well as a freebie. You can purchase the new image Candy cane over on the website later today.

 

So using the new candy cane I have used some dark red glitter for the stripes. A red promarker for the bow. Made my background with merry Christmas & candy canes on it. Then layered on to a star shape with the candy cane. To finish off added the candy cane sentiment & some bakers twine with a hanging sentiment .

Found the image on one of my cd coloured her in with promarkers. Added the dark satin purple ribbons to two of the corners. Added the background paper. Then did the faux stitching around the edges to finish.
