This is a lovely stamp from Sugarnellie called Charlotte. Coloured her in promarkers & added crystal & pink Glitter to her. Then layer on pale blue glitter card & dark blue card. Added this image on to a DL card which I folded over the front. Added some punch out flowers in the glitter card & blue card. Added a sentiment to finish off.
