I have made this cute Treat Bag.

This cute image is called witch helper & she a FREEBIE on the blog here.

So have made the background using cats & witch hats in Craft artist. Just made the simple bag which I have added the cat to. She has been coloured with grey tones copics. The other extras are the other cats, sentiment & the bakers twine to finish.
