This is the lovely mermaid-glance.
So my favourite technique on this card is the stamping & wet embossed!! Here what I did.
I have coloured her with copics & glitter with the added stars on her, she cut out in a oval shape & had a seaweed stamp,stamped around the edges in a peacock distress ink. This is on a background from one of my digi kits. The star fish & shells are stamped which have been stamped in versamark & wet embossed with a gold glitter powder. This is all on a 8 by 8 white card with the other extras of pearls, stamped sentiment & the gold satin bow.
