Here is my cute card.
This is malibu-raine-dolphin.
I have coloured him with the grey alcohol pens & added some clear glitter pen over the top of him & blue glitter for the water drops. His sitting on this middle stepper card I have made using one of my dies. The matts are in silver & blue with some waves to finish off. My extra is the stamped & embossed in silver glitter sentiment.
