Here is my card.

I have used the cute nautical-mermaid-avery. She coloured with my tri blend pens in the blues 
& red with a touch of gold gel pen. Cut out in scallop rectangle & matted on to the blue. All on the shape shell card, To finish added the anchors & stamped sentiment.
