The theme is RIBBON & LACE
So you can buy this lovely image from fairydust crafts.
I have used different tones of blues copics on them.
Added touch of glitter to. Has the theme is lace & ribbon I have added the blue lace boarders using my silhouette , on top add the white lace.
The other extras on this card are the paper flowers in sky & dark blue,blue bunting,stamped sentiment & last the satin royal blue ribbon.
