So this is a new challenge this month for UnstampaBelles

 

 

The theme this month is Who is Your Hero/Heroine?

 

Also using mix media & to write about it.

 

 

So on to mine

 

 

 

 

 

 

So in the 80's I was a teenager & love Madonna, me & my mates would listen to her song all day on our Record players !! ( How old I'm I)

 

 

So got this picture of her from the 80's gone in to Craft Artist & did the different effect to her pic. Add this to the back it is from a digi but have added extra inks around the edges & added drop of water to give different effect. The extras are the name tag  & the lovely gems in the neon pink & blue just right for a 80's page.

So this is called WISTLIST you get a lot in the pack a coloured image & the digi backing paper to. So I have made a goal post card! Coloured her in pinks & the god mother. Have cut them out added them to each side of he card. Added the pink glitter paper has my matt. The extras are the castle, fairy tales & the boarder all cut out using a chocolate coloured mirror board. I think is a pretty girl & this is a great card for any Cinderella in town!!!

This is a easel card put how it stand is using a brad at the top. Just something a bit different.

 

So I have gone with a Bugoboo image one of the fairy this time. Coloured her in pink tones using copics & added the glitter on to her. On the card the base is white matted on the back is a gold card & added the dark pink card to the front stepper which I have also embosses with a butterfly embossing folder, The extras on this card are the paper flowers, butterflies, ladybug, gold ribbon, & the sentiment.

This is my card.

This is a gorgeous Christmas card! Coloured her in greens & red using my copics. Cut out with a fancy oval spellbinder die. Matted this on to cream card which I have embossed with a holly folder & distress the edges with ink. The other extras are the green bolder which is a tattered lace die, red poinsettias ,swirls, red pearls, die cut sentiment & the 2 different ribbons for the bows.

So this is one of the owl images from Dilly beans. I have made a middle stepper card using kraft card. Matted on to a dark cream paper which I have embossed with a flower folder. Had coloured the owl with copics & a bit of gold glitter to made her sparky! All the matted have been faux stitch & I have done this also on the paper flower I have made. The other extras are the banner with the sentiment.

First is my card using a image from Dr Digi's

 

 

 

 

This is called Chopper you can get it from the store here.

 

So gone for a distress feel on this card. Coloured the bike in red & silver. Cut out in a fancy label shape matted on to gold card. I have then make a tag in a texture cream card. Which I have gone around the edge with a brown ink & added the bakers twinge & sentiment. On to my base card the backing is the same card has the tag which has also had the edge ink. My other extras on this card are the lovely buttons in the browns & creams. All this on a white base.

This is from Inky called sunflower kitten you can get her from the store here. So have made a scalloped circle easel card this time. Has the image has sunflowers the backing paper is a lovely bright yellow! Coloured her with copics & added some more sunflowers & gold gems. The sentiment is also from the shop to.

Blue Button

This was a freebie on Lacy sunshine FB page awhile ago.

Had sometime so made a card with it.

So she is a baby fairy!  Gone with all blue tones on her just for something different. So coloured her with my copics & added glitter gels to. Cut her out & added to a pale blue fancy oval. Matted this on to a blur dotted paper. On the other side I have used the pale blue & embossed it to add some more texture. The extras are the blue buttons on the corners & centre of the big flower, the blue ribbons & bow, swirls & stamped sentiment to finish it.

Balloon Girl

 

 

 

This was a freebie at the beginning of the month on the FB group for Ppinky.

 

 

So I had to make a card with it.

 

 

 

 

How cute is she!

 

 

So I have gone with pink tones. Coloured her with copics & added the clouds using distress ink. Cut out in a oval with a fancy edge. Matted this on to a dark pink oval. The backing card I have embossed with a tattered lace butterfly fold & added a pink ink around the edges. My other extras are the gorgeous corner die which is lots of butterflies, more butterflies in the dark pink, paper roses which I made using 3 different tones of pink, swirls in the pink, the white lace, sentiment which has been stamped & on the corners some pearls.

 

All this on to a 8 by 8 white base.

This is my wonderful Nan & me when I was 23 along time ago!!!

 

 

Gone for the pinks with a ditty roses paper & cream paper. Added the lace & the pyramid rose. The extras are the gems all this is digital using my craft artist.

 

 

Just love this picture of me & her not got many she died just after I got marry, so this is a lovely memory to have.

This is the lovely Dragonfly fairy you can get her here.

So I have made a white 5in box for her to sit on. Coloured her with copics & added touches of glitter because she is a fairy!!. Cut out in a circle matted on to a green dolly. Backing paper the a pink patterned paper. The extras are all the different pink tones flowers, dragonflies , sentiment & pink satin bow.

So on to my first project using a bugboo image.

 

 

 

 

I have made a birdhouse for the lovely Flower Bird to sit on. Coloured image with my copics & abit of glitter. The birdhouse was fun to made it a cutting file from Silhouette store. So have used fun pattered paper. Have added the buttons, glitter & die cut flowers to finish.

A great little project.

 

 

On to the next one

 

 

 

So gone down the oriental feel for this card. These are the cute Friends which I have coloured in the red tones & black. Have made a tier shape card. Matted the image on to red & black card. The rest of the card has been matted with the black to. The extras are the red flowers with black gem flower in the centre, circle boarders, sentiment & the satin red bow.

I have gone with Carousel Horse 3 these are great because you can so much stuff from the image in coloured to black & white loads of papers & sentiment to use.

 

So I have used the stripey paper from the set & matted this on to a black base. Cut out the horse & coloured with greys & blues using copics & glitter gel pens. Add this to a white base which I have doodle on & add tiny dots all over.

 

The extras are the 2 sentiments which are from the set.

My day at Kittybees

 

Good Monday!!

 

This is my spotlight post for Kittybees today.

 

 

 

 

 

 

This little cutest is lychee-the-lion. I have coloured in copics in light browns & orange. Cut out & left a tiny white boarder. Matted this on to gold mirror which I have embossed with a flower embossing folder. This is matted on to a white shape card to finish.

 

My other extras are the stamped sentiment which is so cute, red paper flowers & white leaves, a bit of gold glitter & the red bow.

Made a shell shape card for the base. Matted on to pale peal pink paper which I have embossed. I have coloured her in with copics in blue greens  pink tones. As it all about the flowers I have added the flowers in different shape, sizes & colours some I have made & other from my stash. The other extras are the shells,  pearls , leaves in white , bow & sentiment.

 

Love colouring in this image but do love her images any way.

have cut out on my cameo in a lilac pearl card in the design is of butterflies & flowers. All this n to a 8 by 8 white base.  My extras on her are the flowers which I have used a purple mirror board, stamp sentiment, gems & the purple satin bow.

I have gone with the blue theme for her which is one of my fav colour combo. Coloured her with copics blue tones. Cut out in a oval shape. The background is the blue with micro dotes & white with the micro dotes. The extras on this card & there a lot, are the flowers in shades of blue & white, the swirls, corner swirls which are a tattered lace die in a blue card,butterflies in the same card. The sentiment which you get with the fairy back with the blue card to & finally the blue ribbon.

This gorgeous image is called baby-boy-clothes. I have made a shutter card foe him. Base is white card & matted with pale blue card which I have faux stitching on. So I have used my favourite colour PURPLE on her. Coloured with purple tones with my copics. Cut her our & ink around the edge & matted on to some purple mirror. On this on to a lilac pattern paper. My base is a pale purple 8 by 8 card.

 

My other extras on this card are the flowers which I cut out using my cameo & added the leaves, sentiment & the satin purple bow.

 I LOVE this image one of my fav, this is called Skylar & Friends.

So have gone with purple tones using copics on her. I seem to be in a purple mood lately!

Cut out in a circle scallop shape & added crystal glitter around the edges. Matted this on to a layout which I cut out using my cameo which is sooo pretty. On to a ivory pearl card. My other extras on here are the butterflies & the sentiment which you get with this image.
