Here my card
I have gone for a middle stepper card in white. Then designed this balloon backing paper on my craft artist. My girls been coloured in with copics & glitter in bright blues,reds & greens.She cut out in a oval & had navy blue ink around the edges. My other extras are the die cut sentiment, the balloons & blue gems to finish.
On to the FREEBIE

This is a cute card.
I have made this label shape card base in white. He has been coloured in copcis,glitter & gel pens. Cut out in the label shape & matted on to blue larger size.
My extra on him is a tiny stamped sentiment.
