Again it's JULY so that means new releases!!

Here is one of them for you.

Here is my fun card!!!

Gone with a white middle stepper card. And coloured him in with copcis & gel pens in bright colours has he is a clown!! Cut out using a tonic die &add to the bright stripe pattern paper this is on to the dotted paper which is the mats for this card. My other extras are sentiment & the balloons which I have water coloured in the yellow,blues & reds.
