EMBOSSING DRY OR WET
This is my take
I have used this pretty stamp set which I have stamped in black & added clear power, Then coloured with my oxides & watercolour pens, Cut out in oval & matted on to the rainbow foil oval. All on the embossed card using one of my folder & then ink in pink. I have then added some more of the flower & embossed in gold for the middles. To finish added some leaves,gems & the stamped & embossed sentiment,
