Challenge over at Lexi's Creations

Now to start our new challenge...this will be the last one for this current year, but don't panic we will be back in January to start a new and exciting year with you all.

What's that white stuff that falls all around us in December/January...yes you're right it's snow and that brings us to the theme for this challenge.

It's another easy one, and the theme is

'SNOW'

 

The last challenge of the year!!!

 

I went for the cute Pengy Free Snowballs which you can get from .fairydustcrafts.

 

 

So I have designed my own background using CAP with different snowflakes to made a great snow scene. Then coloured the image with promarkers & glitter pens to finish.

23rd Challenge,"Vintage Christmas"

This theme was chosen by Rebecca and is very seasonal, I love the vintage style christmas makes,seems more traditional somehow.

So for the vintage challenge I have used a image from a My craft studio cd & stacked decoupage it. Then layered on to green & red card & then on to the same paper has the image. Using steam binding ribbon which was white, I had no green ribbon so used my promarkers to give me this colour. Then added a holly & berry embellishment to finish.

So for the last week of this challenge i have gone for the gingerbread man which you can get from the

So my base is kraft card then layered on some green paper. Coloured the gingerbread man with promarkers & a white pen for the eyes & mouth. Using my Cap have added the flowers & the sentiment.

Lexi Creations Challange CHRISTMAS

Sorry this is late had a nightmare of a few days!!!

 

So the challenge this time at Lexi's Creations is good old

 

CHRISTMAS

 

 

 

So I have used the lovely Gingerbread House from .fairydustcrafts 

using a background from my Craft Artist digikit, Paper piecing the house then used promarkers on the rest & added some snowmen & sentiment to finish.

Challenge at Gingerloft LEAVES

This challenge is all about leaves. Doesn't have to be a falling leaf any leaf will do like Poinsettias and such. Our random winner will receive 3 digis of their choice from our gingerloft shop.

 

 

 

 

So I have used the Flowering Tree which you can get from the Gingerloft shop as above!

 

Started with a cream card, matted on to black with the image on white. Which I have coloured with promarkers. Then added some extra leaves & the sentiment to finish.

A simple birthday card!!

New Challenge over at Platypus today

 So the challenge is to make a Christmas project that includes buttons and bows.

 

 

 

 

 

So I have used two of Tracey images from her store.  I have used Christmas-Josie & Holly-Leaves.

 

Started with a 8 x 8 card blank, then layered on to red card & a musical paper. Coloured the digis in with promarkers & added red & crystal glitter to finish them off. layered Josie on to a green paper to lift her away from the musical paper. A box gold bow & 3 red heart buttons to finish the whole card off.

Challenge at Craftymess is "Choose a Country"

  So for this challenge Choose a County, I went for the dutch girl which you can found on the sassy site address at the bottom.

 

I have design my own background so it looks like she is in a field of  TULIPS!

 

Or so have have put happy birthday in DUTCH ( I hope).

Coloured her with my promarkers & faux stitching around the edges.

 

A simple card for a pre-teen or a teenager maybe.
