NEw Challenge over at Lexi Creations TODAY

So my 2nd post of the day!!

 

 

 

The theme at Lexi is CHRISTMAS IN JULY

 

 

 

 

So I have gone with blues for this one! Starting with the background, I have stamped snowflakes around the edges & added clear embossing powder. Gone over the top with blue distress ink to bring the snowflakes out so they pop! With the image I have paper pieced the cloak & using promarkers on her skin & hair. I matted & layered this on to royal blue card stock. Add a sentiment some paper flowers which reminded me of snowflakes & the two blue satin ribbons to finish.

New Challenge & NEW RELEASE at GET INKY

Good morning this is the first of my post this morning!

 

 

How exciting that we have a new RELEASE today some brilliant stamps & the challenge blog start today.

 

The theme is Christmas in July or Birthday!!

 

 

 

 

This is the stamp set lots of stamps on this plate

 

 

So This is my Christmas card using the new stamp set!!

 

 

 

So using the gingerbread man I have stamp & embossed in gold on to a tan coloured card stock. Matted & layered on to red & the same tan card stock. Added a red bow & red & white twine. Used one of the sentiment from the plate to. This is a very simple card but if you have lots to made wouldn't take you long but look effect.

I have made a card using the stamp set Beary Special Cupcake.

 

 



I have made this card by doing mostly paper piecing. I have stamp the bear on to dark brown card, & stamp the cupcake twice, the top on to pink & the bottom on to cream . Using to different embossing file I have embossed the cake to give it more texture/ Add the sentiment which is also on this plate.

Just to finish added gold glitter,pink bow & faux stitching.

So this is my gorgeous card

 

 

 

 

So I have used the lovely Miss Lily on her bike which you can get from the shop here.

I have used my flex & promarkers & also was of my gel pens to. Matted her on to purple card & a butterfly background I have made. The extras are a gold mirror butterfly, paper flower & the sentiment is from one of Olga rubber stamps Jessica!!!

new challenge at STAMPING DRAGON

 

Good morning another challenge over at Stamping Dragon today

 

Theme ON THE BEACH!!

 



The prize for the winner is a £5 voucher to the

 Stamping Dragon Store

So being on the beach theme I have gone for the bright colours in tis project. The image is called
Pool Fun you can get to the shop here.

So I have coloured him with bright promarkers & matted & layered on to orange & yellow card stock. The boarder I have embossing with one of my folder & matted on to yellow card. Used a lime green ribbon in the middle with a small sentiment. The extras are the heart buttons in orange & yellow & the flowers.

Summer time at Get inky!!!

This is my card for this challenge I hope you like!!

 

 

 

 

Has it is summertime challenge I went for very bright colours!! Using my software programme I have designed the background & the flowers. On top you see the cute bees these are from the stamp set

Buzzing Bees which you can get from the esty store here.

 

So I have stamp & embossed in black cut them out & crystal glittered the wings & using promarkers on the bodies. Then using the same set I have used shrink plastic to made tiny ones in the sky! I have coloured this with gel pens. A to finished using a the BUZZ sentiment around the card & another on the corner which I have embossed again in black & matted on to black card.

New releases at scrappers delight

Today we have some beautiful new releases to show you from the very talented Janice.

So I have used this lovley Breena Fairy for my project. SO I started with a 8 x 8 white card stock then matted a dark pink card. On to this I have used one of my grand spellbinder circle dies & around the edges gone over with a pink inks. I have cloured her with flexmakers & glitter pens.
The extras are my own paper roses & swirls some pink gems & a sentiment.
