Back to School with Dream Valley

So it nearly September, cant believe it!!

The new challenge is all about School!

This week both my sons go back to School, my youngest start year 7 at BIG SCHOOL so it's abit scary for me not him!!!!

So on to my card 

This is called BACK TO SCHOOL. I have made a middle step card, using my craft artist have designed the pattern using the colouring  pencils on to card. Then added the red card 

& down the edges have used a die to give this pretty edge.

The images has been cut out with a 1.5mm edge, coloured with copics in reds & blues. The other extras are the books,stamped sentiment using a hobbycraft stamp set.

How cute is she!!!

So have coloured her with the red tones in copcis. Have cut her out & matted on to this sky backing paper which I get from silhouette store. This is on to the red & white base. My extras are the white gel pen I have used in her hair,faux stitching,glitter red gems,bakers twine & the sentiment to finish.

First up is the All Dressed Up image

This is just-so-cool, I have gone with lilac & blue tones on her using my copcis. Cut in in a rectangle with corners rounded. Matted this onto a lilac music paper. The other extras on this card are the stamped sentiment,black gem swirls & small gems, also the gingham ribbon bow to finish.

On to the next one

This is robin-post-box. I have coloured with copcis & crystal glitter, Cut our in a oval shape with a tonic die to added the extra patterned. The background started off has a black card , embossed with a snowflake folder on this I have added a pearl wax to make the flakes pop!! My other extras are the decoupage,die cut sentiment  & the red satin bow to finish. All on a 8 by 8 white card base.

So has I have just got back from my holiday, have made this card using the Beach Boy you can get him here.

Have started by making a shape card base. My background is a blue & yellow ink for the sky & sand. Coloured him with copics & cut him out so he pop off the card. My other extras are the bucket & spade & stamped sentiment.

I have made a card using a image from Inky 

This is Angelica At The Hop. Coloured with the pinks & blue tones today. Cut out in a scallop oval. Matted this on to navy blue card which I have embossed with a dotted folder. This go on to a cream dolly & some pretty pink pattern paper also embossed to. This goes on to a pale pink dotted backing. The white base is 8 by 8. My other extras are the satin navy blue bow, stamped sentiment & the pink pearls to finish.

Texture at Tuesday Throwdown

So today the new challenge start and it's all about 

TEXTURE!!!

This is my card for you.

So I have the lovely flutter-by stamp set!!!

So starting with the base I have use one of the small flower from the set & stamp all over, then embossed in black & coloured the stamp in. Next the pearl pink card I have embossed with a rose folder on to this have add the cream lace & pink satin ribbon. I have used the butterflies, roses, leaves stamped & embossed in black powder. I have used my luminart paints to colour in they give a lovely shimmer to the embossed, have then added some glitter to give the spark all. To finish I have stamped out the sentiment from the set & added the glitter around the edges.

This is my card for you.

So I have used a image from Lacy Sunshine for my card. Made a goal style card in card. Coloured the image with copics & a white gel pen. Have use acetate to make the flowers & stamped & embossed with the sparky embossing powder,so stamped on to the cream card for more flowers. The other extras are the pink satin bow which has my metal rose charm on it,cream pearl dots & the sentiment which has been glitter to.
