This is a lovely decoupage I have made from the new inspiration mag from crafter companion.
How cute is she!!
So she is decoupage in the book & have cut & glue her up. Then matted this on to a sky blue card. The flower backing papers are in the same sky blue. The extras on this card are the pretty dark blue felt flowers I have made, gingham blue ribbon,glittered butterflies,punch flowers,hat pins & the sentiment.
A lovely sweet card for any age !!
