So over to my card for you.
This is winter-sofia.
So starting with the base I have made a tier card on silver pearl card. Matted on to blue paper which has been embossed with snowflake folder. The image has been coloured using copcs & glitter in blue tones. My other extras are the stamped sentiment & the silver snowflakes.
