I have used summer-girl

I have gone with bright colours on this card. She has been colours with copcis & gel pens. She is added to the sea background & cut out with a dolly circle & matted on the darker blue. I have added this to the pale blue & more of the darker blue layers. My extras are the fun summer sentiments,
