This is the pretty Make a Wish.
So using my trusted Silhouette I have made this accordion card from white card. She has been coloured in with copcis & Glitter. Cu tout in a rectangle. The other extras on here are the pretty swirls in silver,sentiment & the layers our a pale lilac.
